ALL THERAPISTS HOLD A PSYCHOLOGY DEGREE AND PROVIDE VIDEO PROFILES
Prior to scheduling a session, you can watch the therapist's video introduction, review their certifications, and learn about their therapy approach. Moreover, you can engage in chat with the specialist to address any queries during the selection process.

SELECT A TIME THAT SUITS YOU
Recognizing that waiting weeks or months for a therapy appointment is outdated, we acknowledge that mental health should be no exception in today's on-demand environment. With Mindly, you can book a therapy session and receive counseling from a psychologist on the same day without delays.

RESCHEDULE AND CANCEL SESSIONS WHEN NECESSARY
You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, provided that it is done at least 24 hours in advance. In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing this within the specified timeframe, you have the option to discuss rescheduling directly with your psychologist.

CONDUCT SESSIONS ONLINE FROM ANY DEVICE
Our platform features an integrated video calling system, enabling you to participate in sessions via our mobile app or a web browser on your computer. Rest assured, all video calls are secure and private.

CHAT WITH YOUR THERAPIST AT YOUR CONVENIENCE
Mindly includes an integrated chat function that allows you to make inquiries and receive prompt responses from our experts. Recognizing the complexities of therapist selection, we offer direct communication with all therapists via chat, empowering you to gather essential information from professionals under consideration.

SUBSCRIPTIONS TO KEEP YOU ON TRACK
Mindly offers a therapy subscription model that not only provides cost savings but also enables session purchases in bundles. As the number of sessions increases, the cost per session decreases. Noteworthy is that consistency and regularity in the therapeutic process greatly enhance its effectiveness. Deeply addressing your concerns requires time and commitment, and our subscription model ensures this continuity and stability, crucial for achieving positive transformations. You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time, offering flexibility and oversight over the process and expenditure.
